Bradley Bowers
Bradley Kyle Bowers, 20, of Lenoir, died Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at his residence. He was born January 13, 1988 in Catawba County. He was an expecting father to a baby girl, Kiylee Dawn Bowers, to be born in August. Bradley worked in construction and enjoyed music and sports. He grew up in Healing Springs Church in Hickory. He is survived by his fiancé, Amy Davis of Lenoir; his mother, Kim Huffman and husband Rondy of Hudson; his father, Dean Bowers of Lenoir; two sisters, Nichole Barron of Lenoir and Deanna Deal of Tennessee; one brother, Dustin Bowers of Lenoir; maternal grandmother, Fannie Reeves and husband David of Lenoir; maternal grandfather, Daryl Bradshaw of Rhodhiss; paternal grandparents, Sanford and Esther Bowers of Lenoir; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2008 in the chapel of Evans Funeral Service with the Revs. Paul Bush and Derek Bradshaw officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3 p.m. on Friday, prior to the service at Evans Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be: Dustin Bowers, Brandon Blevins, Joshua Ritch, Tyler Bradshaw, Josiah Triplett and Chris Triplett.
