Thomas Brennan
Thomas Donald Brennan, 68, passed away at Enrose Assisted Living in Mesa, Ariz., April 24, 2008, after battling long-term illness. He was born in Salamanca, N.Y., Nov. 22, 1939, to Thomas Donald Brennan (Don) and Angeline English Brennan. Tom was a resident of Gloversville, N.Y., for 33 years. He was a devoted City Council member as well as the Director of Food Service for Nathan Littauer Hospital. He spent many happy years serving the community of Gloversville and committing himself to his children and friends. He always enjoyed a good game of golf and travel. Most of all, he enjoyed the stories that went along with the adventure. Tom relocated to Lenoir, N.C., to spend time with his grandchildren in 1996. For health reasons, he relocated to Mesa Ariz., in September 2007. Tom will be dearly missed. Survivors include his son, Erin Brennan; daughter, Colleen Brennan Villeneuve and husband Brian; grandsons, Brennan Villeneuve and Mason Villeneuve; sister, Mary Watson and sister, Kathy Brennan. Friday, May 2, 2008, a gathering to celebrate Tom's life will be held at Harold's Restaurant, located at 176 West Fulton Street Gloversville, NY. For information, contact Mike Rose at (518) 725-2512.
