Granite Falls teenager found after missing for more than 2 days
A teenager who had been missing since early Tuesday was found Thursday evening, Granite Falls police said.
Myra Paszek, 15, was reported missing by her mother, Monica Paszek-Stevens, about 4:20 a.m. Tuesday. She was last seen at the residence of her grandmother, Deborah Paszek, at 22 Mallard Court in Granite Falls. She left without taking her medications with her, which help her with seizures.
Lt. Chris Jenkins of the Granite Falls Police Department would not confirm the area where Myra was found or what kind of medical condition she was in at the time.
“At this point, all we can confirm is that we did locate her,” he said. “We’re going to reunite her with her family, and she’ll probably be checked out at the hospital.”
