Police are looking for a man who robbed the Ruby Tuesday restaurant at gunpoint late Wednesday night.

A white man wearing a hoodie, jeans and a mask and brandishing a handgun entered the restaurant about 10:45 p.m. as the last patron was being let out, restaurant manager Amy Bradley said. The man demanded money from employees and left the scene, a press release issued by Lenoir police said. A police report said $800 cash was taken.

The restaurant had closed at 10 p.m., and there were about five employees inside, Bradley said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lenoir Police Department at 757-2100 or Crime Stoppers at 758-8300.
