If you wish to sign up as a new subscriber, just enter your phone number and zip code then click on the New Subscriber button. Follow the simple 4 steps procedure.

If you would like to set up a recurring monthly EZ Pay payment, please contact us at 828-758-7381. With EZPay, you will get our lowest monthly subscription rate and you won’t have to worry about another bill.

If you are a current subscriber and would like to make a payment or put in a vacation stop, please use our Subscriber Tools application link below. You will need your phone number, zip code and the subscription account number. Your subscription number is on your last invoice or you can contact us at 828-758-7381. (Your unique subscription number is used to protect your personal information.)

First you need to enter your account information and click on the Log In button.

Make a Payment
1. Click on the last tab labeled Payments
2. Enter your payment information
3. Click on the Save Changes button.

Vacation Stops
1. Click on the Subscriptions tab
2. Choose the Status in drop-down selection
3. Enter your stop and return dates
4. Click on the Save Changes button.

Click on the Log Out button when you are done.
